soon to be new dad someone just recently told me “good luck with your diet and exercise thing, when the kids come you’ll have a pot belly like the rest of us in no time!” As someone that was once 285 lbs that really struck a cord. I figured there’s a lot of guys in my age group that are new dads and are going through similar life changes as I am.
It’s a struggle to try and find balance between family, work and staying active and healthy. Maybe other dad’s out there are interested in what I’m using to stay motivated or to keep my fitness goals on track? My goal with this website is and will always be to help people. By peeking into my everyday life I’m hoping to show other dudes that you don’t need to be rich, a professional athlete or have freaky genetics to live a healthy and balanced life. I would call this blog a success even if one person can say “Hey, this guy is in decent shape and he’s just like me. A regular job, family, a mortgage. Maybe I can get back in shape too.” I’m hoping this website serves as a FREE resource for the average dad to stay motivated, stay active and stay healthy.
