Happy Friday. I hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend as much as we are. It finally cooled down a bit in Poland. Lucky for my neighbours they don’t have the pleasure of watching me take out the trash in my boxers and wife beater anymore. Well its been a busy week for us but we still managed to nail some solid workouts. I’m inching closer and closer to a few CrossFit goals I set for myself. Which reminds me. I’m flirting with the idea of starting a new section on the site labelled “Goals”. At first they will be my own health and fitness goals with updates (video’s, ect) on my progress. It would be nice to include others in this and have reader’s post their health and fitness goals and their progress towards them. Keeping things public makes you more accountable. Look out for this section in the future. Anyways, here’s this weeks recap:
