I was caught red-handed flipping through Costco’s website searching for their Black Friday deals.
It was just a few years ago that I caught my wife doing the exact same thing and of course I instantly made fun of her. Actually our conversation went something like this:

I can’t understand it but everyone has a fascination with Black Friday….including me. Maybe it’s the thrill of saving money or getting something cheaper than someone else. For us Canadian’s it’s not even our bloody holiday! More and more Canadian stores are introducing Black Fridays sales every year. Runners seem to be taking a beating this week. Mark Sisson at Mark’s Daily Apple had another case against running.

You’re never too old to get in shape. Here’s an inspiring video of an amazing 60-year-old ripped bad ass.
Brandon Richey told us Fundamental Strength: Simple Doesn’t Mean Easy.
And finally Buzz over at DadCamp told us what he learned from watching a little boy and his father at a Paris memorial.

Keep the blue side up.
