Good day fellow dumbbell daddies. Another week has come and gone. So how does it feel to have the kid’s back at school? Jumping for joy or crying the blues? I’m a sensitive dad. When the time comes for our little guy to start school, I’m sure I’ll be the one comforting my wife as she cries on my shoulder. Then I’ll probably jump for joy and high-five our dog when she isn’t looking! Although this isn’t fitness related I can’t help but mention it’s the anniversary of 911 today. Where has the time gone?
The world has changed a lot since that day. If you’re ever in New York City I HIGHLY recommend you visit the 911 memorial. My wife and I were there a couple of years ago while the construction was just finishing. Impressive and emotional to say the least. On Monday I wrote a post dedicated to supplements. This is a huge area in the health and fitness industry. Everyone from Dr. Oz to your local construction site coffee truck guy is selling supplements. If there is anyone that is new to working out and is interested in supplements I encourage you to read the post. Most people will be surprised when they see my list of recommendations.
