So we’re adding a new section to Dumbbell Daddies called Change Room Chatter. Every Friday we’ll post a collection of different articles we find interesting in the blogosphere. As for this weekend Carly and I plan on working out on Saturday and then finding someplace cool (literally temperature cool) to hang out with the family because it’s supposed to be 35 + degrees Celsius in Warsaw and our place doesn’t have AC. Sunday’s probably going to be just a lazy day. No workout, no plans and no stress. Just hang out with some other Warsaw expat friends. Enjoy and have a safe weekend everyone.
Keep the blue side up.
Wassem Khan over at the Moose is Loose wrote a guest article highlighting how it’s impossible to out exercise a poor diet.
Mark Sisson over at Mark’s Daily Apple wrote an interesting piece about Primal Laws. One of them really hit home because my wife and I are HUGE animal lovers and consider our dog Harvey to be one of our kids.
James Hamblin over at The Atlantic talked about the weight of becoming a dad.
The boys over at Barbell Shrugged produced an awesome podcast about the importance of coaching and everyday mentoring.
